Welcome to Sound Pro Cleaning. By accessing our website and using our online booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Booking and Scheduling Our website provides a platform to instantly quote and book commercial and residential cleaning services. By submitting a booking request through our online widget, you agree to provide accurate information regarding the property size, condition, and requested services (such as square footage, frequency, and number of bathrooms). We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual property conditions differ significantly from the information provided during booking.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule a cleaning appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a standard cancellation fee to compensate our scheduling team.
3. Property Access and Preparations Clients must ensure our cleaning teams have safe and unobstructed access to the premises at the scheduled time. Please secure all pets and remove highly fragile or sensitive items from the designated cleaning areas prior to our arrival.
4. Payment Terms Payment authorization is required at the time of booking. By providing payment information through our secure portal, you authorize Sound Pro Cleaning to charge the agreed-upon amount for the services rendered upon completion of the clean, unless an alternative commercial billing arrangement has been explicitly established.
5. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will arrange to re-clean the disputed area at no additional charge.
6. Limitation of Liability Sound Pro Cleaning is fully bonded and insured. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to the property, improper installation of fixtures, or normal wear and tear. Our liability for any proven damage caused directly by our team is limited to the coverage limits of our insurance policy.
7. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Washington.
8. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
